Less than a quarter of the chips produced by Intel, the largest manufacturer, are put into desktop or laptop motherboards. The rest are embedded into things you carry about, drive, or wear; or are embedded into physical locations.
I’ve been doing a bit of research into how people interact with the Microsoft Surface. I am currently developing a collaborative comic book application for the Surface. Here you can see the paper prototyping experiment that I did in order to gain a feel for how the app would work on the device.
